Jaycees Community Bazaar Opens At American Legion Hall
The 4th annual bazaar runs Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the American Legion Hall. Chairperson Darlene Stone reports 45 booth reservations, near last year’s 52. Exhibits include baked goods crafts pottery and Christmas decor. John and Tandy Worth will demonstrate pottery throwing. A noon chili lunch is served by Jayceens starting at 11 a.m. in the Legion Hall basement.

Montana Supreme Court Denies Big Timber Fence Rehearing
The Montana Supreme Court denied a petition for rehearing by C E Smart of Big Timber. The earlier Nov 15 ruling found the City of Big Timber acted legally using police powers to condemn part of East 6th Avenue for a fence beside the Big Timber Grade School. Smart’s attorney Thomas Mahan filed the rehearing petition Nov 28. school board and city lawyers objected Nov 27.
