Co High School Enrollment Up at Sweet Grass County
Enrollment at Sweet Grass County High School rose to 222 as classes began on Tuesday led by Principal A R Collins. The breakdown shows 41 seniors 52 juniors 62 sophomores and 67 freshmen making this the largest start since the mid thirties with class elections underway and freshmen initiation shifted to the senior class this year.

Wheat Diversion Signup Planned in Montana County
Plans to accept requests for the 1962 wheat stabilization program were announced by Kenneth J. Boe, chair of the county ASCS. The referendum approved the program 10,630 to 2,688 with 32 percent participation in Sweet Grass County. The program cuts wheat acreage 10 percent next year and offers payments up to 45 percent of county price support based on diverted acreage and yield.

One Board Continues For McLeod Districts After Ruling
