Errant tractor damages Starr Ford vehicles on 4th Avenue
A driverless diesel tractor ran through a Ruth Schuler yard and two front windows at Starr Ford on 4th Avenue and McLeod Street at about 10:15 p.m. It struck a used pickup and a new 1976 pickup, pushing them into two other cars. Ben Berg, Starr Ford co-owner, called the damage relatively minor and the incident under investigation.

Boulder River campground to close permanently
The Big Timber City Council voted to lock the Boulder River campground to end maintenance costs. They will remove tables fireplaces and toilets and chain the entrance while keeping the area city owned for foot access by fishermen and others.
