Sweet Grass High School Future Homemakers Una Raisland Becky Breck Jennie Lindeman and Becky Halverson attended the state Homemakers convention in Billings March 28 29 accompanied by Mrs Gary Propp. Raisland sang in the state chorus and the group presented colors at the opening ceremony. Two meetings were held daily with a Friday fun night and a Saturday banquet installation of new state officers. Parents were introduced and each Senior Degree member received a silver engraved dish.

Sweet Grass County voters are asked to approve a four mill county levy raising about 23 103 dollars for Sweet Grass County High School operations and maintenance. Polls open 2 to 6 pm at all county elementary schools.
