At the State Fair Sublette County 4-H members Kathy, Duane, and David Calvert, John Diber, and Darlene and Ross Calvert excel in showing cattle and guiding exhibitors. Diber’s Reesecvp Champion Hereford Steer placed high. county fair champions placed in a strong class. A Junior Livestock Sale is planned for Saturday September 17 offering 25 steers and 2 lambs.

Gurney Receives $2000 Sheridan College Scholarship
Earl J. Gurney of Big Piney was awarded a $2000 scholarship by Sheridan College Sheridan Wyoming. Dean James Nipson announced the renewal for the 1966 67 academic year and plans to enroll in September. The scholarship covers tuition fees and a cash award to assist college expenses.
