Range Survey Discussion by Creen River Valley Cattlemen
In early October the Creen River Valley Cattlemen's Association held a board meeting to discuss a proposed range survey for public land in Sublette County. Members favored the study and planned a November general meeting to decide on the survey. The goal is range improvement through the survey's findings. Woody Nelson at the ASCS urged timely wool filing and incentive payments. 4-H Livestock Judging at Budd Hereford Ranch featured a new judging method with bulls evaluated individually rather than by comparison, showing promising results.
