Mr. and Mrs. Oecar Beck and Mrs. L. D. Tamner visited Pinedale Monday with the editor. Mr. Beck, a Sublette County commissioner, attended a board meeting there that afternoon. We offer job printing of all kinds and invite a trial order to prove quality.
Mrs Lena Gray returned Monday from an extended visit in Salt Lake City Utah with friends. L D Tanner traveled to Fall River Basin Tuesday with ranch machinery for Mr Pfisterer and returned yesterday. Mrs Josephine Budd and Miss Jennie Boyer visit friends in Pinedale this week. Mesdames Jesse and Dan Budd drove to Kemmerer last Saturday and back Tuesday. Mrs A Fields and son Frank left Tuesday for Salt Lake for a minor operation. Franklin James and Wm Cox brought Jesse Budd cattle from Fall River Basin Wednesday. Bob Majors of Kemmerer visited Piney Monday. Atty W A Muir of Rock Springs attended to ranch interests on North Piney Creek Monday and Tuesday. Atty D A Preston with Mrs Preston tour Green River Valley then Shar Valley for his campaign. Mr Preston is a candidate for Judge of the Third Judicial District on the nonpartisan ballot.
A local notice announces a fall sale of about 30 head of one and two year old purebred registered cattle. Interested parties are asked to write to the seller for details.
A chattel mortgage dated June 16 1922 to Charles P Budd on Western Wyoming Coal Company is in default. The amount due is 5904.93 with principal interest and fees. The mortgage will be foreclosed and the property, a standard drilling rig and equipment at the Corder Ranch Big Piney Wyoming, will be sold at public auction October 16 1922 at 2 PM. John M. Hench announces he will relocate to Sublette County to open a general law practice in Pinedale. He cites 35 years of experience including 25 years in Natrona and Hot Springs counties and will offer legal and land office services with a Notary Public in residence.
To the voters of Sublette County a candidacy for County Clerk on the Democratic ticket is announced. The notice appears with an additional job advertisement seeking a ranch hand, asking inquiries at the office.
