Friday night a large crowd gathered at Buddhall for a 4th Liberty Loan event. County Attorney R R Rose of Kemmerer spoke in place of Governor Bamberger, noting the Green River valley was already over the top and urging support as Ivan S Jones stood with him.

Edward E. Daiber born September 30 1881 in Keota Iowa pursued business in Des Moines Cheyenne and Newfork Wyoming. He worked in retail shoes and clothing before buying the Ross ranch at Newfork with Hersig and later his brother in law P C Dings took over Hersig interest. He died recently leaving a large family including his mother Mrs Elizabeth Daiber and siblings in Iowa Ohio Illinois and Oklahoma. He was active in the Consistory Mystic Shrine Masonic lodge and Elks in Cheyenne.
