Tragedy at Hittle Ranch Ends in Premeditated Murder
George Hittle shot and killed his uncle John Hittle at the Hittle ranch eight miles east of Boulder. The killing followed threats and an apparent motive to settle differences, with witnesses present as George used a 30-30 rifle.
