Wyoming Halts Sale of 742 Gallons X-33 Walter Repellent
State food and drug inspectors stopped sale of 742 gallons valued at about 4700 wholesale. One retailer destroyed 136 gallons and a user reported a flash fire from contact with paint. The substance was labeled misbranded under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.

Wyoming Game and Fish Fines Top $9,000 in October
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department reports fines totaling over 9000 for October with 281 people directed to court and fined 2081 dollars. A Minneapolis hunter paid 288 dollars for killing four deer in one area. a South Dakota man received 250 dollars and 30 days suspended jail for over bag limits and illegal possession and transport of game.

Brown Trout Spawning Operation Completes Stocking Plan
Wyoming Game and Fish Department collected about 1 million brown trout eggs at Big Sandy reservoir in Sweetwater County during the first half of November. Eggs, sent to Daniel hatchery in Sublette County, will be hatched and planted statewide in 1964. Fewer brook trout eggs are needed as they spawn naturally in Wyoming waters.

Bids Sought for Submersible Pump Equipment in Big Piney
Town of Big Piney invites sealed bids until 8:00 PM December 2 1963 for a 150 GPM submersible pump with 260 foot head, 250 ft conduit, a magnetic starter and spare fittings. Bids opened at Town Council meeting and awarded soon after with terms FOB Big Piney Wyoming. Council may reject any or all bids.
