E W McNinch and Lois Linn were married at Kemmerer on the 18th by County Attorney H R Christmas. The bride, eldest daughter of J B Linn of Marbleton, was a former teacher. the groom is foreman of the 67 ranch. Friends offer best wishes for a smooth life ahead.
Oscar Beck and Tom O'Neil returned Tuesday night from Kemmerer where they attended the good roads association meeting called by Andrew Morrow. As the only outside representatives present, the meeting was postponed to a later date.
William Sewell and Johnson were found guilty of the July slayings of the Winslow brothers at Jacksons Hole and face sentencing by Judge Arnold. Anna Ritchey was convicted of cattle stealing after tampering with brands last summer.
A three year old bay mare branded WC on the right shoulder has strayed near Green River lake. A $10 reward is offered by Wm. C. Chall at Daniel, Wye for the safe return. Mrs. Howard Heitz travels east for the winter. Thanksgiving observed locally.
Geologist Christian Wrang from New York reviews Piney district oil prospects. He says Spring Valley and adjacent fields likely tested. local and outlying regions remain unproven. Jack Primrose brings a load of greens to the Emporium from Sn ez, aiding in a festive day with hospitality and garb for the turkey.
