The First National Bank of Kemmerer announces a foreclosure sale by public auction in Sublette County on June 14, 1926, at 1 PM for the Ball mortgage deed dated December 6, 1920. The amount due is $6817.20 including principal, interest, attorney fees, plus costs, with a prior $750,000 mortgage noted.

Myron Mills returned to Piney last week from California after two years away. A valuable bird dog belonging to Harl Hamilton was killed by hounds last Sunday. County Assessor W. E. Baehr of Pinedale passed through Saturday en route to Kemmerer to join the Spanish War Veterans. A. P. Sommers was in Kemmerer Saturday night to help organize Robert A. Hocker Post Spanish War Veterans and was elected historian. Ned Davison of Marbleton, who left here with Al Hileman and Guy Decker for Oregon race horses, then went to Alberta, Canada, returned Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Geo. W. Hopkins Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hopkins came in from Evanston Monday and will stay a few days.

Sale set at courthouse door in Pinedale on June 14 1926 at 1 PM to satisfy principal interest attorney fees and costs. The lands include sections 14 township 4 north range 113 west with water rights.
