Harwood Named to State Highway Patrol Captaincy
Cheyenne Wyoming May 1 Frank Kelso state highway superintendent announced the appointment of W. T. Harwood of Sheridan as captain of the Wyoming highway patrol replacing George G. Smith. Smith remains patrol inspector. Beth Smith and Harwood will be stationed in Cheyenne. The appointment took effect today. Also named by the state board of charities and reform were Mrs. Sarah Southering of Torrington as superintendent of the state children's home at Casper and Mrs. Corivony Ferris of Rawlins.
