The Bell Conservation Service reports a final snow survey with very favorable outlook. Snowpack is extremely wet and at 14% to 186% of normal, ground is saturated and unfrozen, indicating water will seep into streams as melt proceeds. Mother's Day Bake Safe event is planned by St. Anne's Altar.

Athol Lester Stotts of LaBarge died May 2, 1965, at his ranch home of a heart attack. Funeral services were held in the Lincoln Mortuary Chapel in Xemmerer. He was born February 26, 1887 in Leesburg Indiana to William Wilmot and Ella B. Boring Stotts. Librarians from Wyoming will meet in Cheyenne on May 68 for the Wyoming Library Association conference with Gertrude Olson of Pinedale among attendees. Shari Milligan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Travis Mulgan, had cataract surgery at Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Robert Shepherd remains hospitalized at Holy Cross in Salt Lake City after surgery. PTA members schedule a meeting Monday May 10 at 8 00 p m in the School Room to discuss upcoming events and activities.
