School Election Well Attended In District No 8
The annual district No 8 school election at Budd hall drew strong turnout. Commissioner of Education A A Slade urged higher pay to retain qualified teachers, support for more rooms, manual training, and domestic science, and praised the district's educational standards. Mrs Grace MacGlashan elected trustee. several rural schools listed with eight to nine month terms across North Piney Marbleton Millison Green River South Cottonwood Jewett North Cottonwood Big Piney.
