Notice from the Department of the Interior General Land Office Evanston Wyoming dated April 28 1939 states James Franklin Shipley of Big Piney Wyoming filed intent to prove a claim to a parcel in Section 32 Township 31 North Range 111 West Sixth Principal Meridian. The hearing will be before U S Commissioner William Bahhr at Pineville Wyoming on the Sunday of June 1939 witnesses Budd Christensen Budd and Osterhout all of Big Piney. Loraine Rollins Register.
