4 H Home Economics Judging Contest Opens
The first county wide home economics judging contest will be held Saturday March 20 at 10 a.m. at the Daniel Schoolhouse announced by Stella McKinstry Home Demonstration Agent. Club members with projects may compete for trophies awarded by homemaker clubs and the fair board. Senior girls judge dresses cake time schedules wool skirts and study lamps. Junior girls judge fabric aprons drop cookies measuring equipment machine stitching and study lamps. A second contest follows on March 27 with scores averaged from the two contests to crown the winners.
