Billy Joe Bell Accident Leaves Boy Shot While Hunting

Billy Joe Bell was accidentally shot last Saturday near Marbleton while hunting tabits. Morris Roberts attempted to pull him out with the gun end of a .22 rifle, causing a discharge. He was taken to East Lake City and placed in the LD hospital where he was reported to be improving.

Lincoln Servic Application Under Study

The Wyoming Public Service Commission said it is taking under advisement an application by the Lincoln Service Corporation for authority to extend its present restricted facilities to about 90 townships in Lincoln and Sublette counties. A hearing last Friday in Pinedale reviewed a planned $1,400,000 project adding 420 miles of distribution lines and new substations to serve 200 irrigation customers and other consumers.

Services Held Saturday In Salt Lake for T. D. O'Neil

Obituary for Thomas Dante O'Neil age 87 a longtime Wyoming rancher and stockman who moved from Ohio to Pittsburgh then Wyoming. He served as Linton County Commissioner and State Highway Commissioner for six years. Survived by widow eight children nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. High requiem mass held at Our Lady of Lourdes in Salt Lake City with burial in Big Piney Wyoming.

National Farm and Ranch Congress at Denver March 7
