Wyoming imposes strict new highway safety measures
The legislature approved a comprehensive set of driving rules including lower speed limits in school zones and business districts, mandatory windshield wipers, and penalties for violators. Secretary L C Hunt praised the act as forward looking. Seifried was replaced as highway chief by Frank Kelso of Omaha, effective immediately, with Seifried remaining as office engineer.
