John Maki Dies In Vehicle Accident Near Big Piney
John Maki 37 of Big Piney was found dead beside his Buick after the car left the highway and overturned on a rock embankment about 16 miles south of Big Piney. The body was taken to town and the funeral held at Big Piney Cemetery with Rev. H. C. Kimmell directing. He leaves a brother Geo. Maki in Big Piney. Also notes the marriage of Walter Ball and Mary Josephine Irby and their plans to live on Ball's Halfway ranch.
