Fred Bugker, a worker on the Winkleman ranch, was found dead Monday forenoon in a field. Authorities believe he was attacked and killed by a man who fled the scene. The deceased, a resident of unknown origin, had been employed at the ranch for about a month.

Brigadier General Hart, Wyoming Adjutant General, Dies
Brigadier General W. K. Hart, Wyoming National Guard adjutant general, died Saturday in Cheyenne from uraemia after months of illness. Funeral was Monday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. A West Point graduate and longtime Wyoming resident, Hart served as colonel of the 3rd Regiment and as assistant adjutant general. He was a 38th degree Mason and received full military honors.
