Public sale announced by the U S Land Office in Evanston Wyoming under provisions 2465 R S. Frank Ball of Big Piney is named as claimant for a tract of 80 acres the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11 Township 15 Range 112 West Principal Meridian. Bids start at 2 50 per acre at 10 oclock A M on the 26th. The tract is mountainous and largely uncultivable. Sale not kept open and payment must be made immediately by successful bidder or adverse claimants may file within the specified time.
