H C Dunham swore out a complaint against Chas Fultz of Cottonwood creek for malicious trespass. He later accused Fultz of assault and battery libel and other offenses. A hearing is set for next Saturday with lawyers Johnson of Rock Springs for Dunham and Joseph A Black for the defense. The feud stems from Fultz buying the White ranch on Cottonwood. The town note includes unrelated items about local happenings and a new restaurant.
