Trapping Seasons Close in Wyoming and School Elections Planned
The 1965 Wyoming mink trapping season ends May 31 with beaver season closing June 16 in open areas. Mink and marten reopen November 1 on national forests. beaver reopens October for the rest of the year. National parks and federal refuges remain closed year round. In Sublette County a June 22 school board election for Southwest School District No. 1 is set, with petitions due by June 12 and incumbents Margie Guio and Arthur Weber up for re election. Big Piney School District No. 9 invites bids for 70,000 gallons of regular diesel fuel for the 1965-66 year, with bids opened June 8.
