L Z Bess sold a gas station in Tulsa for Jim Smith’s Big Piney dwelling. Mrs. A P Sommers and family head to the ranch for summer. Martha will stay to help her father with mail contracts ending July 1. Caroline Collins, teacher at Halfway, visits before returning to Kansas. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson return from Logan, Utah. Anderson heads the Big Piney School Agriculture Dept. George Moffat moves into the Anderson McGinnis home. The Bess family attends the Andy Gump show in Kemmerer. James and Oscar Beck visit from Jackson’s Hole. Gros Ventre landslide noted. Memorial Day visits to Evanston and Kemmerer, with dental work and hospital updates for local residents. Department of the Interior U S Land Office Evanston Wyoming gives notice of intention to submit final proof for Nancy Lawrence Mack as legal representative of Amos Lawrence who died in military service. The land, described as SE NEM and other portions in section 4 and 3, township 30 north range 105 west, will have final proof on June 22 1926 before the Register at Evanston. Interested parties must file claims or objections by that date.
