Jubilee Days set for July 8 to 10 in Laramie Wyoming at Ft Sanders facility. The three day program features eight horse races daily starting at 1 30 p m calf racing calf scramble calf wrangling and a big carnival street dancing and horse show with a steer roping contest on Sunday at 1 00 p m.
