The Sublette County Woolgrowers Association held its annual meeting in Pinedale and elected three year terms on the board for Feltner and Marin. President Ford Spencer presided as wool sales totaled about 40 000 pounds at 23.67 cents per pound. A wool pool with the warehouse near the town supported the event and speakers from the University of Wyoming and local figures outlined industry outlooks amid irregular markets. The session closed with a wool trade demonstration led by Larry Parker.
Town announces the building permit process for Big Piney residents. Applicants must submit plans drawings site details and a purpose statement. The Building Inspector may approve or require changes and appeals go to the Council. Unpermitted construction incurs misdemeanor charges and fines up to $100.
M W Len, manager of the VA Center in Cheyenne, explains there is no fixed start deadline for Vocational Rehabilitation training but completion deadlines exist. Veterans discharged before August 20 1954 must begin by August 20 1903 or nine years after separation, with extensions possible for certain cases.

The Town of Big Piney Wyoming accepts contract work dated November 1 1958 by Hammond Romworks Company Provo Utah for a 100000 gallon water storage tank and 125 foot tower and contract dated September 22 1958 by Ellingford Brothers Evanston Wyoming for complete water distribution system. Final settlement and payment to these contractors set for March 23 1960 minus a $100 deduction for back fill costs. Mayor Cornelia L Fear signs. Ordinance 65 amends Section 8410 and adds 416A to raise sewer connection fee from 40 to 80 dollars with effect June 1 1960. Residents within town limits must hook onto the sewer system by June 1 1860 as deadlines set. The measure includes transitional provisions for ongoing connections and authorizes the town commissioner to collect costs at the point of main connection.
