The proceeding records a detailed set of parcel and curve bearings for a road project near sections 2 and 11, T33N R11W, with numerous left and right curves, radii and distances. Objections to damages must be filed with the County Clerk by noon on March 10, 1925, or the road will be established as described.
The Board of County Commissioners directs a road starting at the end of the present subway at Marbletus Hall and ending at the south end of Daniel Lane. The plan describes an 80 foot wide right of way with a detailed curve and boundary description across multiple sections and townships, including radii of 473 to 1148.9 feet, numerous compass bearings, and intersections between sections 17, 21, 23, 28, 33 and 36 in townships 32 and 33 north, ranges 11 west and related lines, terminating at the boundary lines as specified.
