Big Piney Cemetery District held a regular meeting January 8 1968 at 7 00 pm with President C R O Neil Vice President Guy M Carr Treasurer Mildred M Muler Secretary James W H Luce and board members Marshall Gurney and James F Mackeson present. Minutes from June 5 1967 and December 5 1967 were read and approved with corrections. A motion set new secretary treasurer duties for Mildred M Miller and fixed Luce’s pay for past services and future rate at 300 per hour. Luce appointed clerk to secure owners for Expard. Bills from Gurney Hardware Luce Itty Town of Big Piney and others approved for payment totaling 34873. Meeting adjourned.
