William G Todd pioneer rancher and stockman of the Camet area died at his home after a long illness. In his 70s he was a survivor among Green River valley pioneers, owned several ranches and cattle, and was known as a skilled violinist who played dances. A new overall farm machinery and equipment rationing plan took effect November 28, unfreezing some items such as hay balers domes te water systems and pumps while keeping others frozen at manufacturer and distributor levels until county quotas and distribution steps are set by the Department. The War Production Road prohibits sale of whipping and heavy cream except by duly producers to designated outlets.
