Most-Travelled MP Receives Union Pacific Plaque
Military Police Sergeant Robert W Anderson, dubbed the most-traveled enlisted man in the Seventh Service Command, receives a plaque from Pullman Company president David A Crawford for outstanding duties. Maj. Gen. Archer Lerch watches in Washington. Anderson began on trains January 30 1943, traveling Cheyenne Omaha Denver Ogden and more, averaging 456 miles daily. His home is Walden Colorado.

Sears-Roebuck scholarships awarded to five Wyoming farm boys
The Sears Roebuck Foundation has awarded five Wyoming farm and ranch students scholarships for the 1924 25 college year at the University of Wyoming Agriculture College. Recipients are Clifton Rey Powell Elton E Wells Torrington John A Orton Elk Mountain John W Yecum Hartley and Richard Wy Cory Cokeville. Each scholarship provides 200 for a freshman year. Dean J A Hill notes more awards may follow before the September 24 opening.
