Link Shideler Dies Suddenly in Loveland Colorado
E A Link Shideler father of Mrs Guy Carr Sr and Mrs Ray Lewis died suddenly of a heart attack at his Loveland Colorado home. Funeral held at Congregational church with Miss Tora Slosson presiding. Survived by children Mervin Lorena Florence Minnie Rosie four brothers and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Wyoming man killed by lightning on ranch near Bon Durant
William Groat, 49, of Casner, Wyoming, was struck by lightning while stacking hay at the V Bar V ranch six miles northeast of Bon Durant. Coroner Francis W. Tanner reported the bolt killed him instantly as he stood atop a haystack. a fire sparked by the strike was extinguished by owner Albert Feulz and nearby workers. Groat's funeral and burial were in Casper after the Saturday transfer.
