Work will commence soon on a new Congregational church building of brick. When completed it will greatly improve the town’s appearance and reflects the value placed on good churches and schools for a thriving community.
The new house and barn of F A Pour ja on the South Bench show a two story nine room residence with a large basement furnace hot and cold water and anticipated modern city features. Phil Schneider and Chas Bastian of St. Joseph Missouri are helping with the project from Ogden.
The last meeting of the 20th Century Club was held at Mrs. John Budd in Meadda Canyon. Members voted to charge 25 cents for dinner at each gathering to raise funds for a new clubhouse. the group will resume after haying. A delicious dinner was served and activities were noted.

Gull Whitman returned with a nice string, accompanied by Hoss T Hiele vot and P Skinner. They arrived here recently in a Mor wate and departed Sunday for Portland then Seattle taking no steric home.
A group of young ladies from the younger set enjoyed a progressive luncheon itinerary starting at Tanner's for the first course, moving to Oxterdonts for the second, then O'Neils for the last course, ending with a dancing party and late gathering. Attendees included O'Neil, Young, Vance, Onterhont, Tanner, Curtis Polk, Bey, Welds, Rows, Krant, Curt Decker, Linwin, Baltwin, Flynn, Henderson, and Smith.
A brief note reports Bamontin from Alta and Sly, both tied to Victoria High, achieving a one year athletic pot victory at the school event.
Mr. Mareis finished work on the new bank building and returned home in Salt Duke. A shipment of 10,000 trant arrived from the fish het chery at Larne, sent by auto truck to Big Sandy. They were planted in the heart of Big Sandy the same day. Rork Springs Miner.
