Town council considers a resolution by Councilman Tomessi to fix the hearing date for the assessment roll of Town of Big Piney Wyoming Local Assessment District No 1. It directs the town clerk to publish notice with time and place and sets notice formats and other related details, declaring an emergency.
The Town Council of Big Piney Wyoming fixes May 18 1964 at 8 p.m. at City Hall for hearings as Board of Equalization to consider the assessment roll for Local Assessment District No 1 and to correct revise or set aside the roll. Notices will be published in the Big Piney Examiner and mailed to last known owners fifteen days prior.
The presiding officer declared the motion carried and the resolution duly passed and adopted. With no further district business, other matters were considered and the meeting adjourned after a unanimous vote. Mayor Co. D. Davis signed off on the proceedings.
