Saco youths freed on narcotics count

Two Saco youths, ic hard C. Boucher 17 of 10 Grant St and Charles Hanson 17 of 1 Lillian Ave, were arrested in Biddeford for possession of marijuana after police found what they believed to be drugs and a pipe during a car check on Elm Street. The charges were dismissed in 10th District Court when tests came back negative and evidence insufficient for prosecution. Investigating officers were Sgt. Saco Trustees Address Crowding With Space Plan Talk
