Saco youths freed on narcotics count
Two Saco youths, ic hard C. Boucher 17 of 10 Grant St and Charles Hanson 17 of 1 Lillian Ave, were arrested in Biddeford for possession of marijuana after police found what they believed to be drugs and a pipe during a car check on Elm Street.
