Art Thieves Steal $2 Million From Montreal Museum
In Montreal three men robbed the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts early Monday using a skylight section under repair. The alarm was only partially functioning, the museum said, yet did activate when a doorway was breached. They escaped with 39 jewelry pieces and 18 paintings including a Rembrandt landscape valued at $1 million.
