The patient Maria Sther Bernardez died from complications tied to blood coagulation as another donor Antonio Serrano who was Argentina s first transplant patient died after surgery. Arrow in field leads to rescue scene in Dimmerston VT
Albert Graimaldi, 35, of Spring Ly Maes, appeared to be fatally wounded after an arrow supposedly stuck in his back. Rescuers and state police arrived when an elderly couple reported the sight, but Graimaldi had merely driven the arrow into the ground for safety.
