Ballots Guarded by State Troopers in Biddeford
Maine Attorney General ordered state police to guard Biddeford ballots cast in Tuesday's election. Troopers, including Hollis G. Dixon, will operate 24 hours a day on eight hour shifts to assist municipal clerks in protecting ballots and voting lists amid reported irregularities.
