Kennebunk Legion Prepares For Holiday Activities
The Webber-Lefebvre Post American Legion met at the Kennebunk post home with Cmdr Roger Noble presiding for the first meeting. Officers discussed Memorial Day program with VFW participation and noted York County Council meeting outcomes. Installation of officers will occur at South Berwick on June 9. Membership stands at 123. State convention in Rockland June 23 to 25 was announced. Eleven Kennebunk High seniors were interviewed regarding a $100 graduation scholarship. Refreshments were served by Leonard Bunnell.
