White Star Laundry Expansion Underway in Biddeford
Fifty six years after the White Star Laundry began wet wash service in Biddeford, owner Ronald P. Larochelle expands by purchasing Elm Laundry and adding a new 24 by 65 cement block building. The project includes a boiler room, a tall 60 foot chimney removal, and conveyor belts. 50 workers remain employed as Harveyson Larochelle is named vice president.
