Biddeford Police Board Alters Desk Assignments
After an executive session the Biddeford Police Commissioners shuffled desk posts at headquarters. Emile Fecteau was named to replace Belanger on the third shift while Lavallee moves to first shift and Belair to second. Later clarifications noted Belair and Lavallee would stay on their shifts and Fecteau’s move stands. A special meeting was planned to reexamine Belair’s assignment with possible changes.
