An old style advertisement touts ULSA as a remedy for ulcers stomach trouble and gas claiming instant relief. It promotes it as non chalky tasteless clear green and to dose with one teaspoon. The ad suggests ULSA coats the stomach and reduces acidity and gas and urges purchase at any pharmacy.
Fratus Hearing Thursday in Saco Crash Case
David J. Fratus a 17 year old Dover NH youth faces larceny of a motor vehicle charges after a two car crash on Main Street Saco. He was treated at Webber Hospital then jailed in Alfred Maine and slated for Saco District Court Thursday. Seven Quebec vacationers were injured and two others were hospitalized. Local flames were extinguished by Saco firefighters as ambulances transported victims and traffic was halted for over an hour.

Man Drowns In River Boat Mishap
Robert W. Rivers aged 36 of Portland died last night after a boating accident off Hills Beach breakwater. Teammate Michael Charron, about 13, survived, in satisfactory condition at Webber Hospital with exposure treatment.
