Nason On Education: Medical School Admissions Clarified
A reader asks about entering pre medical programs and later medical school. Dr Nason explains that pre med study does not guarantee MD admission and that undergraduates with strong records are best positioned for future acceptance. A second letter asks about grading fairness and busy work and stresses tests showing learning outcomes. The editor directs to a 1963 Better Homes and Gardens listing of 260 colleges seeking more students.
