Camp Waban Wells Special Olympians Medal at Maine Meet
Camp Thirty-one members and 19 chaperons from the Camp Waban Wells Special Education Class Olympic Team competed in the Fourth Maine Special Olympics in Portland. Coached by Leon Jalbert and Brian Wormwood, they earned seven gold, nine silver, and three bronze medals across softball, 300 yard run, and 50 yard dash events.
