County Residents Save By Being Over Age 65

New York report shows York County residents aged 65 plus saved about 497000 in federal income taxes in the last fiscal year due to higher personal exemptions and medical deductions. Nationwide, seniors over 65 saved 742 million, with 482 million from exemptions and 140 million from medical deductions. 18 states offer some tax relief.
