Frank R. West builder of Ameri can Beef Packers was found guilty on 32 counts of mail and wire fraud with 18 mail and six wire fraud convictions. His company Ameri can Beef Packers Inc was found guilty on 12 counts with 2 mail fraud and 10 wire fraud. The firm spared on interstate transportation counts. Attorneys plan appeal.
