Berry and two children Benny 14 and Steven 9 were taken from a Gulf Coast beach after living 47 days. The boat used to move to the campsite has been returned to its owner. Sheriff J B Cole said he would seek dismissal if county attorney Fred Holub agrees. A collection is planned to assist the children and bring the family to Maine where Mrs Berry and their other five children reside.
