Des Moines resident Luis Carrizales aged 100 marked his centennial with a birthday cake shared with his wife of many years and six children. Ice coated roads this morning caused multiple accidents in the area. A Biddeford woman was hospitalized with undetermined injuries after her late model sedan hit a tree and was struck by another car on Alfred Street. Rita Boucher of 10 Liberty Avenue suffered a swollen lip and possible fractured ankle. Raymond Gosselin of Kennebunk said he could not stop and struck her car, then his vehicle was damaged.
