Pasquale Luzzo, 38, of Revere, a postal supervisor in Boston, was charged with receiving stolen property in a $27 million mail theft case involving $2 million in Maine bonds and $25 million in Avco Financial Services notes. He posted $50,000 bail after appearing in Chelsea District Court on Tuesday.
