Two Men Indicted for Kidnapping in York County
Portland men Joseph James Podziak and Edward Byron Austin were indicted on kidnapping related charges as part of 16 indictments by the York County Superior Court grand jury. They allegedly transported Harold J. McCullock to Portland and Saco on January 20 1969 with intent to unlawfully confine him and also kidnapped Everett A. Wilcox the same day.
